NOTICE FOR PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE EARLIER TENDER  REF NO.ECL/HQ/PP/NIT/MDO(RFQ)/ITAPARA OCP/07 DT. 29 JUNE, 2013
Kind attention of interested parties in relation to submission of application towards Request for Qualification(RFQ) stage  for ITAPARA OCP ( 3.00 MTY)  in Eastern Coalfields Ltd, is invited in respect of requirement of the Pre-Application conference (Clause 5.1 & 5.2 of RFQ document). Accordingly, a Pre-Application conference of the interested parties has been fixed on 27.07.2013 at 12.30 hrs IST in the Conference Hall of the office of the Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Eastern Coalfields Limited, Sanctoria, PO: Disergarh, Dist: Burdwan, West Bengal-713333. Only those persons who have purchased the RFQ document shall be allowed to participate in the said Pre-Application conference. Applicants who have downloaded the RFQ document from the Company’s web-site (www.easterncoal.gov.in)  should submit a Demand Draft of [Rs.75000(Rupees seventy five thousand only)] towards the cost of document, through their representatives attending the conference. A maximum of three (03) representatives of each Applicant shall be allowed to participate on production of Company letter from the Applicant. During the course of Pre-applications conference, the Applicant will be free to seek clarifications and make suggestions for consideration of the Company. The Company shall endeavor to provide clarifications and such further information as it may, on its sole discretion, consider appropriate for facilitating a fair, transparent and competitive Bidding Process.
